Presentation

This class focuses on the values and principles of governance as well as on supervisory and/or regulatory bodies and procedures in European institutions and in the members States of the European Union.

Recommended Prerequisite(s)

A good understanding of the principle of hierarchy of norms. A good knowledge of the norm-setting process in France and, if possible, in the other Member States, as well as in the European institutions.

One segment of each session will focus on topics freely chosen by the students, and topics chosen by the lecturer will be discussed in the second part of the session. Individual or group oral presentations, debates.
